I'm a young, vivacious woman with terrible health. I'd like to blame genetics and situations beyond my control for this, but I know it is partly my fault. I decided I was sick of feeling like "twenty five is the new fifty two," so I changed my diet and lifestyle to help fix my declining health. No one my age should have a blood pressure of 190/110. I was a big waste of space yesterday.

I went to sleep at around 5am, woke up at 2pm, and didn’t move from the couch all day.

Save to make food.

I won’t even tell you what I ate, but I can guarantee it was enough to keep a baby hippo satiated for months.

I was being a big baby because of my tattoo. It is very hard to sit up because it burns so bad! Whaaaa.

As for saturday, I was a pretty good eater. Can’t really recall specifics, but I know I brought one of my protein shakes out to the clubs with me.

Yeah, I was that girl.

“Yo, what the hell you be drankin?”
“It’s a dairy-free, gluten-free, sustained energry protein shake”
“Like muscle milk?”
“No, it’s nothing like muscle milk”
“Hey yo, dis girl be drankin muscle milk!”

yeah…
I also had a piece of cheese pizza around 3am. NBD.

I am going in next saturday to get the “groom” sugar skull done on my other side, so I need to keep the tummy looking nice. It’s looking like crap right now, but I am going to chalk that up to major bloating due to the entire pizza I ate yesterday. (whoops!)
